The Needham Real Estate market remains hot with strength in nearly every sales category in all five school districts. Although total sales were slightly down for 2016, market stats are showing growth in overall price, price per square foot and days on market. Although it is still early in the buying season, at Hawthorn Properties, we are currently seeing continued strength with well priced homes receiving multiple offers. There appears to be continued pent up demand, with supply remaining low. This combination will likely lead to a brisk selling season in Needham’s 2017 spring market.
