He came to our meeting very prepared, having not only looked at comps in the area, but having taken the time to visit many of them personally. He was able to offer a perspective that was somewhat different than the other brokers we met with. As part of his services, he hired a company that was able to put together a beautiful and comprehensive walk-through tour of the house which included exterior drone footage. Throughout the process he made himself available at all times — I don’t think I waited more than 5 minutes for a call back.
